Matrix V7 Auto Vacuum Canister

The Matrix V7 Auto Vacuum Canister is a rechargeable coffee storage canister that automatically removes air to help keep beans fresher between brews. Once sealed, it continues monitoring the internal pressure and re-vacuums when needed, while a counter on the lid tracks how many days your coffee has been stored.

Sealing takes one press of the function button, with the pump automatically stopping once the target pressure is reached. A pressure-release button releases the vacuum before opening, while the display shows storage time, battery level and operating status at a glance.

The 700ml glass body holds roughly a standard 250g bag of whole beans and reduces light exposure while still letting you check the level without opening the canister. USB-C charging means there are no disposable batteries to replace, keeping the automatic vacuum system easy to maintain as part of your everyday coffee setup.
