The Dual PID allows you to control the temperature of both the steam and brew boilers for really fine tuning your coffee production.

The GS3 combines all of the features of La Marzocco’s famous commercial machines into a very nice package. Available in an Automatic (AV) model with volumetric touchpad controls or Mechanical Paddle (MP) model with conical valve to control pre-infusion.
