Hario Immersion Dripper Switch - Ceramic RAN

A pour over dripper built around Hario's switch-operated immersion brewing, the Hario Immersion Dripper Switch - Ceramic RAN uses a grooved ceramic cone developed with designer Suzuki Yasuo to keep filter paper sitting flush against the wall as coffee steeps.

The grooves running down the cone let the filter paper sit flush against the wall, so gas from the coffee bed has a clear channel to escape instead of building up pressure and slowing the pour. That keeps flow even and stable through the whole brew, whichever pouring technique you use. Switch the valve when steeping is done and the same clean drawdown carries the coffee straight into your cup or server.

Day to day, that translates to a noticeably quicker pour without needing to change your grind or technique to get there. The 200ml base holds one to four cups and cleans up in seconds, and it comes with forty paper filters - enough for a few weeks of brewing before you need to restock.
