Built To Run Cool

The electronically controlled cooling fan switches on when needed, helping manage heat through repeated grinding without running continuously. Behind it, a 64mm flat burr set and 450W motor provide the grinding capacity needed for steady cafe service, with the burrs rated for up to 600kg before replacement.

Grind size moves on a micrometric ring that turns continuously, so a change can be as fine as the coffee needs rather than landing on the nearest preset. Doses are programmed by time and delivered directly into the portafilter, giving the bar a straightforward, repeatable workflow when several people are using the same grinder.
