Fellow Opus Coffee Grinder

Espresso is where the Fellow Opus Coffee Grinder earns its place: an electric conical burr grinder built to reach the fine, tightly controlled end of the range without giving up the coarse settings for filter and cold brew. It grinds straight into a magnetic catch cup, or into a portafilter through the dosing attachment, so the dose goes where it's needed without a transfer. One machine covers the espresso machine on weekdays and the brewer on weekends.

Two Layers Of Adjustment

The outer dial runs 41 numbered positions from coarse to fine and inside those an adjustment ring shifts the burr again within each one. That makes a setting a small band to work inside rather than a single fixed point, which is what brings espresso within reach on a grinder this compact. Numbered positions mean the setting that worked last week is one you can find again.

40mm Burrs, Geared Low

Grinding runs on 40mm six-blade conical burrs - the C6-40 set - turning at 350 rpm with 6 Nm of torque, a low-speed, high-torque pairing. The hopper holds 110g, enough to load several brews instead of weighing in one dose at a time. Controls stay to a single dial and a start button, with nothing to navigate before the first grind of the day.
