Fellow Aiden & Fellow Opus Grinder Bundle

Grind fresh and brew filter coffee at the touch of a button with the Fellow Aiden & Fellow Opus Grinder Bundle, pairing an automatic precision coffee maker with a conical burr grinder. Aiden holds its brew temperature to within a single degree mid-cycle without altering the flow rate and runs a built-in bloom before the main pour. Brew a single cup on a weekday morning or fill the 1.5L carafe when the house is full, working from pre-sets built by Q Graders or a profile you set yourself.

The Opus handles the grinding on 40mm conical burrs, with 41 settings and an inner fine-tuning ring, so the grind moves in small steps rather than jumping past what the coffee wants. Its motor turns those burrs at 350 rpm with 6 Nm of torque and the range runs from espresso-fine through to the coarser grind Aiden's flat basket takes. It grinds into a magnetic catch cup ready for the Aiden's basket, or swaps to the portafilter attachment if there's an espresso machine on the bench as well.
