The DiFluid Microbalance Ti Scale is a precision brewing scale built for coffee makers who want more than a number on a screen. It starts timing automatically the moment water hits the bed and if you lift your vessel mid-pour, the timer pauses and picks up again the instant you put it back down. It's built for both cafe and home use, sitting under everything from a single espresso shot to a full batch brew.

Weighing tops out at 3000g with stable 0.1g precision, stepping to 1g resolution only once you pass 1000g for larger batches. A three-zone LED display splits time, flow rate and weight into separate readouts and vibration filtration keeps the reading steady on a busy bench or an espresso machine's drip tray. The scale also connects to CoffeeOS, DiFluid's companion platform, to log sessions and save recipes.

Pair it with a DiFluid R2 Extract and the two become part of the same Brew Control System, feeding weight and refraction data into CoffeeOS for full extraction tracking. A heat-insulating silicone mat ships with the scale, so it can sit on a warm surface without affecting the reading. The 2500mAh battery charges over USB-C, and over-the-air updates keep the firmware current without needing a new unit.
